She has done her MBBS and MD in Medicine from Government Medical College, Amritsar, and completed her DM in Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology at SGPGI, Lucknow, where she subsequently served as an assistant professor for two years. Dr. Kharbanda specializes in the management of conditions such as arthritis, soft tissue rheumatism, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, myositis, vasculitis, and immunodeficiencies. She has special interest in managing autoimmune diseases during pregnancy and in paediatric rheumatology.
